Refund Policy

Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products (e.g. PDFs, digital resources), we generally do not offer refunds once the download or access has been provided. If you experience a technical issue (e.g. broken link, corrupted file), please contact us and we will resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.

Physical Products

For physical items (e.g. stationery, abayas, phone cases):

  • You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receipt if the item is faulty or not as described.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging where applicable.
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after we receive the returned item.

Custom Illustrations

Custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun. We will work with you to ensure you are happy with the design before final delivery. If there is a significant error on our part, we will offer a redo or partial refund.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us via the Contact page with your order details and reason for the request. We will respond within a few working days.
